S.P Mandali's Naralkar Institute of Career Development & Research, Pune was established by S.P.Mandali in 1986 to commemorate the memory of Late Prin.N.G. alias Nanasaheb Naralkar, an educationist of great foresight and repute. The Naralkar Institute is affiliated to the University of Pune. It conducts certain Post-graduate and P.G. Diploma programs in Management & Computer Science approved by University of Pune and Government of Maharashtra.

A PGDBM is a two year postgraduate degree, eligibility for which is an undergraduate degree in business management or business administration. Subjects usually studied under this degree are Principles of Management, Quantitative Methods, Managerial Economics, Financial Accounting, Marketing Management, IT for Management, Corporate Communication, Organizational Behaviour, Operations Management, Human Resource Management etc.

Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management:

PGDM in Marketing Management studies Management Principles, Human Resource Practices, Quantitative Methods, Business Economics, Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, E-Commerce and Purchasing Management etc. Also studies about Strategic Management, Inventory Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Packaging and Distribution Management.
