Christ University
Institute of Management (CUIM), Bangalore, is a part of Christ University,
Bangalore, which was founded and is administered by Carmelites of Mary
Immaculate (CMI). CMI, the first indigenous Catholic religious congregation of
India with a membership of 2000, renders its service to humanity in
educational, social, healthcare and other activities. The parent university, a
premier educational institution, is an academic fraternity of individuals
dedicated to the motto of excellence and service and already has a proven
history of success in the field of education. Though it is a minority
institution, Christ University maintains a secular in outlook towards
education. Students of all castes, religions, creeds and languages are
encouraged to be a part of this temple of learning.
Christ University, formerly Christ College had the rare
distinction of being the first institution in Karnataka to be accredited by the
National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), UGC and reaccredited with an A+ in 2005 for
quality education.In four decades, The Institution has become the most preferred
educational institution in the city of Bangalore.
Admission Details of CUIM Bangalore:-
The minimum eligibility for admission to the "Master of
Business Administration" 50% or above marks in aggregate in the
undergraduate examinations. The Selection of candidate is based on CAT/MAT
score.
Selection Process:
There will be Two Sessions of Selection Process. The First
Selection Process will be conducted in the month of Jan / Feb 2013 and the
Second Selection Process will be conducted in the month of March / April 2013
followed by Group Discussion, Micro presentation, Written Skill Assessment and
Personal Interview for CUIM Bangalore Admission.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Graduate Degree with 50% and above
- 600 and above marks in MAT/70%tile and above in CAT for MBA and MBA-MS Programs
- Graduate with 50% aggregate with 2 years of work experience in Bangalore or 1 year experience with a valid score in MAT for PGDM+MBA FHWS Program
- Group Discussion, Micro presentation, Written Skill Assessment and Personal Interview for CUIM Bangalore Admission
