Narsee Monjee Institute
of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai is one of the premier Universities of
Higher Studies in India, established in 1981 as Narsee Monjee Institute of
Management Studies, began its journey by offering a masters degree program in
management studies, a course of the University of Mumbai with an intake of only
40 students and 4 full time faculty.
NMIMS is one of the fastest growing and the top, private
University in the country. It has undergone a tremendous transformation since
NMIMS commencement. Today, NMIMS stands as a large imposing University with 7
specialized schools plus two off-Campus operations, with an intake of over 6000
students and over 200 full time faculty members.
Eligibility and Admission procedure:
Students are admitted to the program, if they meet the
required standards of the two-stage selection process as described below.
Stage I:
All eligible candidates aspiring for admission to the
programme are required to appear for the all India written test, NMAT (National
Management Aptitude Test) and a subject Knowledge Test at select centers
throughout the country.
Stage II:
Those who are shortlisted and apply for the subsequent
selection process, have to appear for a Personal Interview & Presentation
at select centres across the country.
Selection Procedure:
- Written Test conducted by NMIMS.
- On the basis of GMAT score of 600 & above
- On the basis of NMAT (National Management Aptitude Test)
- Personal Interview.
