The Rashtreeya
Vidyalaya Dental College, Bangalore was instituted in the year 1992. It is
situated in Karnataka State.
The College offers the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course that is of 5 years duration including one year of compulsory rotatory internship. At present the college is imparting training in BDS degree (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). The College offers Postgraduate course in all the 9 specialties of Dentistry.
The college has the
hostel facilities and all other infrastructures. It provides Bachelor degree
courses and diploma courses.The College has been involved distinctively in the field of
Community Dental Health Program in rural areas. The details of this have been
furnished. Our institution was the first to have Mobile Dental Van in Bangalore
city.
The Library is well equipped with books & periodicals,
Photocopying, Scanning & Printing facilities. The facility to browse the
Internet is also available. Computers & laptops have been provided in all
the departments.
The dental college provides good faculties and also provides
good infrastructural facilities also. The dental college has advanced library facility.
It also has better computer labs.
The College has been involved distinctively in the field of Community

Eligibility:
- Candidates for admission to BDS course must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology & English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination.
- "Candidates seeking admission under NRI / Foreigner Quota are eligible for direct admission and there is no need to take any Entrance Examination."
- The candidate shall have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete this age on 31st December of the year in which he / she seeks admission
