ASMA Institute of Management (ASMA), Pune was founded by P.S.D. Shastri Education Foundation (P.S.D.S.E.F.) in the year 2009. The institute is approved by AICTE, belongs to University of Pune & recognized by Government of Maharashtra. 

The primary goal of the institute is to provide a strong platform for students to groom into highly talented and trained professionals.

The institute offers MBA, which is a two year full time degree program, divided into 4 Semesters and project work. MBA is affiliated to PUNE University and the programs are recognized by A.I.C.T.E.

The institute has a well stocked library and is subscribed to many national and international journals. Institute has a Conference hall fitted with latest audio-visual aids like LCD, Over Head Projectors and sound systems.
