Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, Sangli was established in 2005 and presently admitting 150 students per year with UG MCI approval. In 2011 the college was permitted to start PG courses in 7(seven) subjects.
The college is having spacious 2.5 lakh sq. ft. area and 4.5 lakh sq. ft. area for the hospital. The institute with its well equipped Laboratories and state of art museums is rapidly becoming centre for academic excellence and service to the people of Sangli and surrounding district as a part of it Regular health camps are held and patients are treated free of charges in the hospital.
The college has well organized teaching curriculum incorporating futuristic methods (like computer assisted training, integrated seminars etc.) with clinical teaching and social dimension. With excellent and highly qualified dedicated staff and advanced equipments the colleges ensures training, keeping pace with the development of science. Many of the staff members have participated at national and international conferences and seminars etc. some of them are also felicitated by national awards and international honors.
Nationality and Age:
The candidate seeking admission to any of these courses should be an Indian national. The candidate should complete 17 years of age.
Qualifications:
The candidate seeking admission to any of these courses should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other examination equipment to 10 + 2/HSC examination of any recognized Board/University from any school/college situated in India after 12 years of study.
For admission to MBBS course the candidates should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained atleast 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examinations i.e. 10 + 2/H.S.C. are equivalent. The candidate should also have secured atleast 50%t marks Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at All India CET admission to MBBS course.

Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements for admission to a course will be considered eligible to appear for the All India.Common Entrance Test All India CET and subsequently for admission to the course.Nationality and Age:
