MVJ College of Engineering is an engineering college in Bangalore, India affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University and approved by AICTE. Established in 1982, the MVJ College of Engineering, the flagship of Venkatesha Education Society, imparts education beyond engineering and management. Situated on a 15-acre campus in Whitefield, Bangalore, MVJCE has state-of-the-art infrastructure, creating an environment for progressive learning and development. The college offers 12 undergraduate and 9 postgraduate courses.

Over 30 years we have evolved and perfected a unique approach to knowledge delivery for our engineering and management programmes. We are deeply involved at all levels of the students’ academic life to ensure that from the time they step in to the campus they work towards excellence. We emphasise on a curriculum that builds in knowledge gathering as well as higher order thinking skills. Admission Details

Admission to MVJCE undergraduate programmes may be obtained through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) examination and selection process or through the Management admission process.

The selection process will be purely based on academic merit and aptitude of the student.
Students should have appeared in the any one of the below Examinations for Management admission process:

• Karnataka Common Entrance Test
• Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Examination
• All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE)/JEE (Main)
• Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka(COMEDK)

Eligibility Criteria

• Students must have passed in II PUC /12th Standard or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Biology as optional subject, with English as one of the language of study.
• Students should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% of marks in the above mentioned subjects.
• In case of candidates from Karnataka, belonging to Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribe and other backwards classes (Category – 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) students should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% of marks in the above mentioned subjects.
• Students should have appeared in any one of the entrance test conducted by the Govt. of Karnataka or Govt. of India (CET,COMEDK, KRLM, JEE (Main))
