AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test - 2010 (AIMA UGAT 2010)

AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test - 2010 (AIMA UGAT 2010): The Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT 2010) is conducted at national / international level for admissions to University-approved Bachelor Programs such as BBA, BCA, BHM, etc.

UGAT 2010 Exam Date: 15 May 2010 (Saturday)

UGAT 2010 Eligibility:

The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Students appearing / appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

UGAT 2010 Test Structure: Candidates applying for BBA, BCA, etc the structure of the test is as given below:

Candidates applying for BHM, the structure of the test is as given below:

UGAT 2010 Important Dates:

1) Test Date (AIMA-UGAT 2010) : 15 May 2010 (Saturday)
2) Reporting Time for the Test : 0900 Hrs
3) Last Date for applying online : 30 April 2010 (Friday)
4) Last Date of receipt of printout of UGAT Online Registration Forms at AIMA, New Delhi
alongwith Demand Draft of Rs.500/- : 03 May 2010 (Monday)

Filled forms received at AIMA, New Delhi after the last date will be rejected
*AIMA reserves the right to change the test date in case of any unforeseen eventuality.

UGAT Exam 2010 Application Form

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:

Obtain Form with UGAT Bulletin against cash payment of Rs 4500/- from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, listed Study Centres of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi (Phones: 011-24653382 & 41757046). - Will be available by March 2010

or

Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 500/- in favour of 'All India Management Association' payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website www.aima-ind.org/ugat10 alongwith the DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.
or

Register online at website link www.aima-ind.org/ugat10 with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) payment. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

AIMA UGAT 2010 Online Registration

1. Obtaining of Demand Draft (Pre-Requisite):

You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the Registration Form.

You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of 'All India Management Association-CMS' payable at New Delhi, in advance.

Application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted.

2. Fill UGAT Online Registration Form:

With the Demand Draft ready, you can do online registration. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

3. After filling the form correctly, submit the same online.

4. An auto-generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online registration form and will appear on print version of the Registration Form.

5. Before taking the print out, save the print version of application form using 'SAVE AS' function in the 'FILE' menu of the window.

6. After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.

7. You must keep an additional copy of the application form for all future reference.

Despatching of duly completed printout of Registration Form

1. Make the set of the following documents:

* Print out of the filled online UGAT Registration Form with auto-generated Registration No. with your photograph affixed and duly signed.

* On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details
a) Your Name
b) Auto-generated Registration Number

2. Send the above set of documents to:

Manager-UGAT,
All India Management Association,
Centre for Management Services,
Management House, 14 Institutional Area,
Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110 003.

Forms received after the last date 03 May 2010 will be rejected.

Filling of Colleges/Management Institutes Codes (MI Codes) of Five chosen Institutes where your UGAT score to be sent

1. On receipt and verification of duly completed printout with Demand Draft, the UGAT bulletin containing the profiles of participating management institutes, will be sent by AIMA to the address filled by you. Peruse the bulletin to identify five institutes where your UGAT Score is to be sent by AIMA automatically.

2. Visit this site upto 15 May 2010 to fill the Management Institutes Codes (MI Codes) of five chosen institutes where your UGAT 2010 score is to be sent.
