established in the year 2006 and approved by Medical Council of India and Ministry
of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi and asociated to
Bharath University, Chennai.

the UGC Act 1956. The affiliated university is Bharath University, Chennai.
SLIMS conducts an all India Entrance test to select students into UG / PG

Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences &
Hospital offers Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course of
5½ years duration including 1 year of internship. During the internship period,
the students develop their key skills under highly skilled faculty. The college
is well equipped with all basic and necessary infrastructural facilities.
MBBS & MD Courses – The UG course is MBBS. The PG
courses are in MD only. All of these UG
/ PG Courses are recognized by Medical Council of India.
