Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute
(IGMCRI), Pondicherry was started in 2010 by the Government of Puducherry as an
autonomous institution of Government of Puducherry.
(IGMCRI), Pondicherry was founded by its chairman, Shri M.K.
Rajagopalan, is a modern medical college and hospital located in the Bahour
taluk of the union territory of Puducherry, India.
The college is affiliated to Pondicherry University. The
vision of the college is to provide necessary medical and paramedical education
courses in the union territory of Puducherry so as to ensure the availability
and accessibility of health care services and to provide high quality
undergraduate and postgraduate medical and paramedical education courses so as
to ensure quality health care.

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Doctor of Medicine in Biochemistry
