The college has grown up by leaps and bounds to attain the present state. In the beginning the college uses to function in its own building near central bus stand. However management had objective to start Post Graduation with better infrastructure. 

Al Badar Dental College has a holistic educational program and has provided its students with time for sports and cultural activities apart from the academic curriculum.

A new building was constructed on a 6 acres plot at Naganhalli Road, Gulbarga. The building houses all dental and medical departments, Lecture & Examination halls spread over 100,000Sq.ft.
