Lokmanya Tilak Law
College Pune was set up in the year 2012 with a goal to provide quality
legal education empowering students to contribute to the smooth functioning of
the legal system of the country.
Lokmanya Tilak Law College is one of the recently established Departments at the Vidyapeeth. Presently Department provides the Three Year LL.B. and Five Year B.A.LL.B Course.
It is Recognized by UGC and approved by the Bar Council of
India, the college offers three-year LLB and five-year BA-LLB programs that are
awarded by the Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. By imparting effective theoretical
and practical legal education and inculcating values of personal and
professional integrity, students are groomed into becoming morally conscious
legal professionals that can fight against malpractices in society.

The curricula have been carefully designed with an aim to
equip students with all the necessary and relevant knowledge and concepts while
encouraging students to use their creativity and skills to apply the learned

The course is in accordance with the rules laid down by
Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth and the Bar Council of India. The course consists
of six semesters for Three Year LLB and ten semesters for Five Year BA LLB
course. On the successful completion of this course, the student is eligible
for the LLB and BA LLB degree awarded by the Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth.
