Management Institute for Leadership & Excellence (MILE) was set up in the year 2009. It offers PGDM courses in various specializations in management stream. 

The college was started by Prof. Virender Kapoor, former Director of Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management (SITM), who has served the institute for 10 years.

The aim of MILE is to build one of the most reputed institutions which would be respected by students, parents, alumni, industry and the entire society. Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The Institute offers two years full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) which is affiliated to Sikkim Manipal University and approved by UGC. Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM):

Masters in Marketing Management (MMM):

The Institute offers two years full time Masters in Marketing Management (MMM) which is affiliated to Sikkim Manipal University and approved by UGC. The program seeks to develop and integrate the top management perspective which is necessary for a marketing executive to move into top level general management positions. It is a mix of marketing related and general business courses, which include the functional areas of Marketing Management like Industrial Marketing, Marketing Research, and Consumer Behaviour etc. The students are exposed to marketing development in the environment with special emphasis on management for small and medium enterprises.

Masters in Personnel Management (MPM):
