Yenepoya Dental College and Hospital, Mangalore was founded in the year 1992. It is a dental college located in Karnataka. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is approved by Dental Council of India.

The first batch of BDS students finished their internship on August 1997 and began their careers as dental practitioners. 

Yenepoya Dental College and Hospital proudly possesses the complete know-how to prepare learned & well qualified professionals. It offers a five year course in Bachelor of Dental surgery (B.D.S). The college provides good infrastructure facilities to the students.

Eligibility at Yenepoya Dental College Mangalore

Candidates with pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board in science stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together are eligible.

Admission Procedure at Yenepoya Dental College Mangalore

• The applicant should have passed the two-year Pre-University Examination in Karnataka or its equivalent examination.
• The candidate should have completed seventeen years of age as on 31st December of the academic year of admission.
• The candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination conducted by any recognized Indian Higher Secondary Board or equivalent qualification.
• The candidate should have secured not less than 50% aggregate in the Science subjects in the qualifying examination and a pass in English for admission to BDS. However, for candidates belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories, the minimum aggregate is 40%.
• The candidate should be medically fit.
