Sri Venkateswara
College of Engineering is managed and run by Sri Venkateswara Educational
and Health Trust. Established in 1985, the college is situated in
Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. It is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified institution. Sri
Venkateswara College of Engineering was initially affiliated to University of
Madras, but now, it is affiliated to Anna University.
Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is approved by the
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New
Delhi. The college offers various streams of engineering at the undergraduate
and postgraduate level, as per the rules and regulations of AICTE. Sri
Venkateswara College of Engineering has several state-of-the-art facilities for
the smooth conducts of its courses.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Pass in 10+2 from any one of the universities in Karnataka or its equivalent with at least 45% of the aggregate marks are eligible to apply. Those who have appeared in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates should have completed 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission.
- In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of the aggregate marks in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination.
Admission Procedure-
Admission is done on the basis of merit obtained in COMEDK.
