Placement Cell at Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy -

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm):
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is a postgraduate program in
India. Candidates who wish to do M.Pharm are required to gain B.Pharm first.
The two-year course lays emphasis on research and specialization in the field
of pharmacy. There are several colleges in India offering M.Pharm In various
specialties like pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy and pharmaceutical
biotechnology.
Master of Pharmacy (M Pharm) is a post-graduate academic
degree in the field of pharmacy. Since pharmaceutical industry is growing at a
rapid pace, more and more colleges are coming up as standalone institutes for
higher education in the field of pharmacy.
(M.Pharma) A post graduate course run by AACP and is
affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The requirement for
admission is a B.Pharm from any recognised university of India with a minimun
of 55% marks (aggregate of 4 years).
For SC/ST Category-I candidates, the prescribed percentage
of marks will be 50% of the maximun marks in the qualifying examinations.

Admission Procedure:
- Minimum requirements for admission to the M Pharm courses are as follows:
- The minimum qualifications required for admission to the course is as indicated below: Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology in any of the following examinations:
- He or she must obtain a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination
- An SC/ST student needs to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
- 50% marks aggregate for Teachers having 5 years teaching experience.
