Samarth Samaj is a Registered Public Trust, founded by Late Shri. Sakharam Seth H. Jondhale in the year 1960 with a humble beginning as a Secondary School. In the last four decades, this small seeding was blossomed into giant Educational Complex serving to 12,000 students at all levels. The Management of Samarth Samaj timely recognised the need of trained manpower in technical fields to meet the needs of the nation for 21 st century. Samarth Samaj is of one of the leading & progressive educational institute imparting all types of educations right from K. G. to junior College (Commerce & Science) & technical institutes like Polytechnics and Engineering College etc.

Samarth Samaj's S.H. Jondhale Educational Complex is situated at hardly two minutes walking distance from Dombivli Railway Station in Thane District in west side. Therefore, the moment, Maharashtra Government took the revolutionary and bold policy decision of permitting the establishment of Unaided (Private) Technical Educational institutes, Samarth Samaj devotedly entered into this new activity and started its first polytechnic in Dombivli in the year 1984 to impart high-tech education by creating intelligent & competent engineers imbibed with the spirit of professionalism and responsible citizenship. The Polytechnic College is running with enthusiasm under the eminent guidance of Trustee & Director of Samarth Samaj, an engineer, Hon'ble Shri. Sagar Shivajirao.

Jondhale Group, the empire was initiated by late Shri. Sakhram alias Dadasaheb Jondhale way back in the year 1960. Currently, Jondhale Group is dealing with various social, educational, development, agricultural, industrial activities etc.
