MD MS Courses Offered by MR Medical College

Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in Gulbarga was instituted in the year 1963. It is controlled and managed by a trust and is currently celebrating its Golden Jubilee.

The college is the second private college in India to be recognized by the MCI. It is also famously recognized by the British Medical Council. The teaching hospital here is a super specialty one and was inaugurated by Rajiv Gandhi when was the Prime Minister of India.

The college has more than 250 well trained and eminent members in its faculty. The sports department is fully functional and the students experience a holistic training here.

The college admissions are extremely popular amongst students and they vie for a seat in the MBBS program here. The MRMC fee structure is as per university norms.

Sri S. Nijalingappa, the then Chief Minister, Govt. of Karnataka, Sri. Veerendra Patil and Dr. D. C. Pavate helped in establishing the Medical faculty. Medical faculty was started in 1963 with mission to bring out quality doctors by conveyance quality education to fulfill this and dynamical expectation of the folks and up the health standing of the folks of this region by providing health care and providing optimum coaching facilities for Medical students.

Our College Offers under graduate MBBS program with an intake of 150 Seats per year (4½ years course with a compulsory one year rotating internship) and post graduate course in all pre and para clinical disciplines leading to MD / MS / PG Diploma qualifications.
