St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration (SJCBA) was
established in 1968, and is situated in the heart of metropolitan Bangalore.
The campus through its greenery silences the hustle and bustle of the city. In
1996 SJCBA secured approval from AICTE, New Delhi, for a Two Year Full Time
PGDM programme. In 2007, SJCBA received AICTE approval to enhance the intake
from 60 to 120 students. In 2007 SJCBA secured approval from the AICTE for
offering the Executive PGDM and PGCM programs. The first batch of Executive
PGDM and PGCM were launched in 2007. SJCBA prides of a student profile with
diverse educational background and corporate exposure.
SJCBA is a Jesuit Institution that believes in transforming students to able manager of tomorrow. SJCBA sets to do this by offering students a holistic approach coupled with consummate professional competence and a deep appreciation for ethical outlook. In India, the Josephite tradition commenced in Bangalore with the establishment of the St. Joseph’s European High School by the Paris Foreign Mission Fathers in 1858. In 1937, the entire management of the St. Joseph’s institutes was handed over by the Paris Foreign Mission Fathers to the Jesuits who run several educational institutions all over the world. Since 1937, the Bangalore Jesuit Educational Society run St. Joseph’s institutions have grown steadily and today boast of over 11,000 students enrolled across various institutions. Details
Eligibility
Graduates in any discipline from a
recognized University with not less than 50% aggregate marks during each year
of study.
Candidates who have appeared for the Final Graduate Level
examination and are awaiting results may also apply. Offers of admission to
such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically
cancelled in the event of failure in the examination or failing to obtain 50%
marks in the aggregate.
